Was great! Place was clean, atmosphere was light and open, staff was very friendly. I am from South Carolina originally so I love some good barbecue and this was no disappointment. I had the ribs and brisket and I must say that it was some of the best brisket that I had ever had. Very tender and very juicy! The ribs were excellent as well. The barbecue sauce have a nice Tang to it. Saw on the specials board that they have an all-you-can-eat rib special on Thursdays which I am going to be sure to go back for :-) the coleslaw was traditional style creamy and very very good. I also had the sweet corn which was excellent as well. For appetizers we had the stuffed jalapenos which were lightly crispy on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth on the inside with a little heat to them. Also had the super hot wings and they actually we're hot! I definitely would recommend this place if you're looking for good barbecue in Ajijic. Looking forward to the all-you-can-eat day as well as trying more stuff on the menu.

Tasty Canadian salmon in fresh basil pesto, rosemary sauteed potatoes & crisp green salad. Delicious & generous portion! Friendly, attentive staff, outdoor seating, nice time. Be back soon! ((Photo in comment.))

We love the Smoke House. The brisket is tender and delicious and the ribs fall right off the bone. The potato salad is reminiscent of a summer bbq in Ohio. Perfect! Highly recommended!
