This place is AMAZING! The chef, Alejandro Cabral, is not only super personable warm and welcoming, but heavily talented. He worked previously at top tier restaurants Pujol and Quinitol and it shows. He is extremely passionate about his food, presentation and menu. Everything is locally sourced. He was even kind enough to create me something off menu. One of the best dining experiences I have had this year. Care and thought has gone into everything here. Even the little peanut cookies that are presented with the bill, they are made from slow roasted peanuts and the taste shines through. This place must not be missed, its a true gem. Prices for the quality are great as well! They are open for breakfast as well, and I hear its spectacular. A true foodie experience from start to finish.
