I'll definitely be back. This is a more relaxed version of Hector's Bistro which is right next to it. The pizza flavor is beyond delightful. All ingredients are fresh and tasty. You could feel how each ingredient accentuates the whole pizza. Their drinks are a must. Concentrated, generous portions and a good variety of drinks on the menu. The prices are decent and worth of each peso. (Please don't rise the prices!!)
BUT HEY! There are only a couple of things I'd suggest to improve:
1- The thickness of the pizzas, I wish they were slightly thicker. The way they are right now, are good, but slightly thicker would be perfect.
2- The time they take to serve the drinks. I wish it was a little bit faster.
Although the waiters are friendly and very educated, it seems like they tend to forget the drinks ( I've been there 3 times). Even with this insignificant inconvenients, I think the food and service is outstanding!
The environment is very cozy and welcoming. I am coming back again soon.
YES, I absolutely recommend this place!
My wife, myself, our dogs and my extended family and friends have been enjoying the food, service, decore and friendships of Via Conditti since it opened. I'd highly recommend it as a wonderful dining experience as they use organic, locally sourced ingredients. The owner Hector has extensive restaurant experience, and he has a realistic sense of humour about the social conditions that exist in a Mexican tourist town. The prices have remained the same for the last two years, but he's always improving the menu and decore. It a very good restaurant...
Yummy breakfasts indoors or outside with skilled & friendly wait staff. Our favorite breakfast place in Mazatlan.
