Barrio Bistro is one of my new favorite restaurants in Vallarta. The changing weekly menu is always full of amazing selections, all described to each table by the chef himself. They even offer vegan options without losing any of the flavor or presentation. Excellent wine and drink selections, too. I'm hoping they add a few more dessert items to the menu. Highly recommend Barrio Bistro for the excellent food and service!

There should be more stars to review this wonderful gem! Absolutely the best food in PV. Worth the walk or cab ride! Make reservations and bring your appetite. The staff were top notch and the chef goes over the weekly menu at your table! Organic and local! Delicious cocktails and a nice wine list.

Amazing dinner and great experience!! The chef/owner Memo Wolff and his wife are extraordinary and so welcoming . They personally greet you, explain the menu and personally thank you for coming as you leave. The food is 5 Star...and we will always return when in PV!! Can’t wait to go back! The best meal we had all week.
