The Sky Bar .. a must in P V .. I believe it is only open to guest of Almar until 11 p.m. (Then folks who are not guest can enter) They should have it open to all during hours of operation so everyone can enjoy it. Amazing views, service and food. The bonus great prices even for gringos. Great sound system and movie screen for RuPaul Drag Race, music videos and great remix music.
Staff is genuinely pleasant and service orientated. Be sure to always acknowledge, say thanks and tip well
