Here's the thing. You'd never find this place if you weren't looking for it. Which is exactly why you should go here.
It's quiet, the food is great (i'm considering flying back to puebla and taking the bus just for the chilaquiles).
You'll see the owner coming in on a bicycle throughout the day with the basket on his bicycle full of local produce because he refuses to serve anything that's not straight off the plant. The place looks like a garden, you'll eat surrounded by plants, nature and sunlight. The staff is incredibly amazing. I lived in San Andreas, and frankly there aren't a ton of places that serve anything other than tacos arabes, and after one visit this became the non-negotiable breakfast stop every day. And I never got sick of it.
Go here. You won't regret it. I'll never get chilaquiles anywhere else again.
