Service was impeccable and the food was amazing. Matthew ordered the catch of the day and I ordered the Trilogy ceviche. It was a traditional dish with an elegant touch. Plus, I don’t think I’ve had a ceviche anywhere in the world better than this. My ceviche had more seafood than vegetables, which usually it’s opposite anywhere else. Food was fresh, well priced, and very nice ambiance.
I was particularly impressed by the shrimp and habanero ceviche it was not too hot as you might think but it had a nice Tangy lime spicy flavor. Also enjoyed the margarita with agave and we tried a local beer known as a golden it had a nice citrus overtone delicious great food great service

Es un buen lugar, espacioso y limpio para complementar los ricos desayunos y el buen servicio.
He ido solamente a desayunar y todo me encantó! La comida es deliciosa, el lugar agradable y la atención del personal es excelente.
