Unbelievable atmosphere and food! Live music! Great service with nice and smiling people. This place is awesome! Every night we were greeted specially. The location is top !! I recommend! <3
We spent the last night of an eight day familiy vacation in Tulum at Ziggy's and they made the night so memorable. The food was incredible in both presentation and taste. Highlight of the meal was the tuna nachos....WOW!!! The service was impecable, and we had a live mariachi band that got us out of our seats and dancing in the sand. We played some billiards drank some wine and tequila and enjoyed the amazing scenery that this place provides with a wonderful view of the gulf. We will be back on our next visit to Tulum.
Our favorite dinner all week was at Ziggy’s. We got a table in the sand! There was a nice breeze blowing in from the ocean. You must order the Ahi tuna nachos! The Mahi Mahi was delicious, too. Our server Angel was SPOT ON with his service & he was very friendly. Great food, great service at below average Tulum prices. I highly recommend!

We had breakfast at Ziggy's every day and loved it - the breakfast burrito, fruit plate, and fresh juices and smoothies can't be beat! We also had lunch at Ziggy's and frequented happy hour for amazing micheladas and mojitos. Thanks to Aurelio and the rest of the great staff at Ziggy's for making our trip so memorable!

A late review. On October 31st, The Beach and Cabanas Tulum hosted my husband and I along with 106 guests for our wedding and reception. It was everything I hoped for and more!
Having been a wedding planner for many years, I was probably a pain to work with... But Roberto was nothing but patient with me. I pushed for many changes in the ceremony (a few a week before the wedding) and he made it happen. Anna took care of reserving 40+ rooms for about 95 guests and even suggested other places to stay for the overflow. The food was fresh, abundant, and tasty each day (including the wedding). The service was friendly no matter what the time was. The staff (so many people!) were always willing to help no matter what. All our guests were made to feel special. I witnessed the wedding reception the week before ours and guests raved about the venue and staff. Everyone goes above and beyond! The day before the wedding, I managed to drop a big pot of boiling water on my left foot. I had some bad burns but the catering manager ran somewhere to get fresh aloe Vera to my foot - he came with bandages and wraps and was so apologetic although it was not their fault. Everyone talks of Barbara as being an amazing bar tender, but she was the sweetest person. I wanted authentic special gifts for each family... She overheard me talking about it with front desk. Barbara offered to drive me the next day (on her day off) to a factory to buy 50+ heavy gifts. She helped carry them and even negotiate the prices. She 100% did not need to do that. My family is vegetarian - the chef, catering manager, and kitchen staff went out of their ways to accommodate to us. We truly had such a memorable time and so did all our guests. Tulum is a special place full of wonderful people... But the staff (and location) of The Beach and The Cabanas just made our special day wonderful!

This place was awesome!!! Our server Erock was so attentitive, the food delicious, the drinks tasty and the beach beautiful. Will definitely return and actually stay at the hotel next time. We had peruvian ceviche, coconut shrimp, garlic fish and tuna tataki, everything was delicious

We're staying right down the beach from Ziggy's and decided to try dinner there last night. I had the hibiscus flower empanadas and hibiscus salad. Oh my goodness, y'all... go git you some!! It was amazing. My dining companions had steak and lobster, and those were apparently just as delicious as my dinner. Price and service were quite nice as well.
Great atmosphere, great drinks, great food, wonderful staff! Joanna was an amazing bartender who taught us about Mezcal and just went above and beyond to ensure we had wonderful service! Can’t wait to come back
Such an amazing beach with great drinks and great food! Very chill atmosphere during the day. The beds on the beach are so amazing. Order the shrimp tacos and margarita diablo and you won't be sorry! Tania and Tadeo were great hosts to us. Will definitely be back next time we visit Tulum.
The best in Tulum. I like Ziggy's Beach. The food and cocktails are excellent.

Friendly staff, friendly atmosphere. Swing chairs at the bar. Reaaaally cold beer. Right by the beach. What else do you need?!?
They have a waiter named Roger and this guy is phenomenal!! He had great recommendations, he was not pushy but always there when we needed something. He remembered our names after our first day and he knew how to take care of guests. If you go be sure to ask for Roger and tell him Adam from Wisconsin recommended him. His customer service is second to none! World class!!!
Pagamos un day pass en este lugar y quedamos encantados. Llegamos temprano para poder agarrar lugar, pero puedes hacer tu reserva. El lugar queda justo enfrente de la playa. El servicio es espectacular, los meseros son muy atentos. Ellos te proporcionan una toalla. La comida NOS ENCANTÓ! Pedimos tacos, ensalada, quesadillas y hasta postre porque éramos varias personas y todo estaba de maravilla. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volvería a ir.

Precios acordes para ser zona turística en la Riviera Maya
Llegamos un domingo a las 9 am para poder tener libertad de escoger ubicación, valió completamente la pena. En Tulum los club de playa tienen forzosamente un consumo mínimo (o cobro de entrada) y en Ziggy el consumo es de 70 usd por persona mínimo lo cual me parece un precio bastante razonable para lo que ofrecen. Las camas, camastros y sillones son muy cómodos, los meseros muy serviciales, nos atendió un chico de nombre Mario que siempre se esforzó por dar su mejor servicio. La hostess cuyo nombre no recuerdo fue lo primero lindo de la experiencia
Comida y bebidas un poco “caros” (nótense las comillas) pero son precios Tulum, en Tulum todo es más caro que en Bali
Por último la playa frente al establecimiento es una playa increíblemente hermosa
Vale 300% la pena
Un lugar muy recomendable! Ademas de la calidad de las personas que trabajan ahi, la comida riquisima y el lugar encantandor! Todos muy amables, el lugar muy tranquilo para disfrutar de la belleza de tulum!
En el restaurant no hay minimo de consumo; en los camastros el minimo de consumo es de 50USD. Hay estacionamienti gratuito.

Alejandrino el mesero que nos atendió con muy buena actitud súper respetuoso y atento a lo que ocupábamos, cuando vallan pidan ser atendidos por él y quedarán maravillados con el lugar y la atención de Alejandrino…

Si buscas una playa bonita y limpia de sargazo, es una buena opción (noviembre 2018). Es un club de playa que te ofrece aparcamiento (si está completo te dejan aparcar en el hotel aledaño) y acceso a la playa de Tulum a cambio de consumir en su bar/restaurante. Normalmente con hacer una consumición por persona es suficiente, pero una de las veces que nos colocamos en una cama en primera línea de playa, un camarero nos indicó que teníamos que llegar a un mínimo de 30 dólares por cabeza; ante la duda mejor preguntar y si no siempre puedes tomarte algo y poner la toalla en la arena como siempre se ha hecho... De todas formas si quieres pasar el día en la playa este establecimiento tiene buena comida y buenos cócteles.

Estaba bien la playa, el restaurante bonito, los baños limpios, pedí una hamburguesa y estaba aprox 400-500 pesos, estaba buenísima, tenía acceso a la playa ya terminando de comer, había camastros pero te pedían consumo mínimo de persona y estaba más caro
Es un buen Club de Playa para ir a pasar el dia. El costo para disfrutar el area de playa y sus camastros es de 35$ dólares o su equivalente en pesos, con esta "cuota" puedes consumir esa cantidad en alimentos o bebidas lo cual si lo desquitar a lo largo de la tarde, el menu de comida/lunch es accesible a comparacion de muchos lugares. Si no quieres disfrutar de los camastro y playa puedes estar en el restauran y comer normalmente, jugar billar y disfrutar de las amacas. Por la noche el menu cbia ybes un poco mas elaborado y caro, el ambiente es mas tranquilo y la iluminacion lo hace ver mas bonito y romantico. No le pongo 5 estrellas ya que la salida de la playa no es la mejor ya que esta cortada.
Me encantó este lugar... Es perfecto para relajarse, leer un libro, hablar con tu pareja y nadar. La comida es deliciosa y la atención es muy amable. Me gustó que lo que pedimos para llevar nos lo dieron en desechables ecológicos.
Buen lugar para disfrutar de un día con amigos. Tiene una mesa de billar, hamacas, el restaurante todo muy rico pedimos la mariscada. Y para el calor no olviden pedir una horchata con expreso. También pueden ir a caminar por la playa a pesar del zargazo, vale la pena disfrutar.
