My friend and I spent the month of January in a house in Cozumel just a couple of blocks from the Maple. We had breakfast there almost every morning during our stay. It was always great food, but what I liked most about this bakery/cafe was the staff. Every single employee was consistently friendly and efficient. I felt as though I had made new friends! I even took a “selfie” my last day in Cozumel with the staff so I could show my friends while recommending the Maple! If you are visiting Cozumel, be sure to have at least one meal at the Maple and try the incredible coffee and Yucatán pastry!

I love the food and fresh baked goods sold here. Breakfast, lunch or dinner you can't go wrong. I am addicted to the crepes. The owner and her staff are friendly and willing to please.

I fell in love with this place when I was traveling to Cozumel last August. Latte, smoothie, vegan sandwich, pastry; everything is delicious. Thanks for the warm welcoming
