This was my first visit to Mexico and it was great! The resort was just beautiful. I had to get my room changed at checkin because I was looking at the back where electric wires were and I refuse to not have a great view and the staff accommodated my request. I must say that was the only issue I had. My 5 day stay was just awesome. The staff was nice and the restaurants were great. The buffet restaurant was always fresh, Japanese restaurant was excellent! Eazikuel was totally attentive as our server. His recommendations were perfect and we went several times and requested him as our server! I really liked that there were so many lounge chairs around every pool area so there were always seats available to lay and relax. The swim up bar was sooo cool! Always activities day and night. Although the one lounge/club closed at 1a.m. And my daughter was hoping for more of a late night party scene. The bars are spaced in every location within steps so your drink of choice was always available. And servers were around to take your order as well. Room service 24 hours and every dish I ordered was delicious and I’m a picky eater. We had a blast! I highly recommend this resort and plan to return again soon.

Well what can I say another amazing holiday in dreams riviera. Before we got there I chatted with Erika she was amazing then she was there to check us in. Arrived and we had a bottle of champagne waiting in r room. We then had another for our anniversary as well being in the daily new letter. As for the service it was outstanding special mention to Orlando from the Himitsu he greeted us every time and was extremely helpful in choosing the food choices which were AMAZING. Also the entertainment team were amazing Javier, Rafael, Carlo, Andres and Daniel were very entertaining getting everyone involved and always had time to chat. Also to Aldo who was the pool waiter he was extremely friendly and catered to your needs when choosing drinks. We will definitely be back thank you for making are holiday that bit more special! �����
