I found about this place at TripAdvisor, so I wanted to try it!
The line was reasonable but the wait so worth it. Once you are seated the service is quick, the tacos al pastor are the best I ever had. I wish I could of just keep eating and eating. The price is great and the choices of meats as well. Will definitely come back to this place next time I’m in PV, recommend 100%!
Ok, these are, hands fuggin down, the best tacos I have had in PV. I have been here five times and spent countless pesos eating out there and very few have come close. Their Al Pastor tacos are spicy spit roasted pork with roasted pineapple slices. I like mine con queso - they use gouda, it is mild and divine. They also give you a few salsas and some pickled veg for the top. They are also really cheap. The hubz and I each had 4 tacos (a plate full!) and a beer for less than $20 incl tip. Here's the rub with Panchos : its very popular so there is always a line to get seated. Last night we waited at least 30 min which is not the.end of the world. The tacos are.well worth the wait. However you are seated right in front of the line and everyone is kind of watching and wanting their turn - and you know how they feel so you want to rush! Its just not at all a relaxing experience. Its rush rush rush. Still delish - everyone needs to try Panchos. If weed were legal here they would be able to open a chain around the city. Best munchie food ever. I wish I could open a branch in Seattle ! Here's a tip, if you want amazing tacos with a more relaxed atmosphere try Taco Revolution. Solidly good tacos in more of a casual dining environment. Right around the corner from Panchos.
I’ve been to PV numerous time and always saw the line for this place - and didn’t want to wait. As it turns out the line moves fairly quickly and even if not, the food is well worth the wait! The food is absolutely delicious - a must for any visitor in PV!!
