This is my 3rd time staying at Los Arcos and we have already reserved to go back in October. Awesome staff and great atmosphere. We always upgrade to superior ocean front (201, 202, 301, 302, 401, 402). We also pay for all inclusive, breakfast and lunch buffet is easy and if we want to order a special dinner off the ‘pay’ menu the prices are very reasonable. The restaurant is always packed with nightly entertainment. Los Arcos has their own beach area and is right in the middle of the Romantic Zone where everything is within easy walking distance. The concierge, Magda, goes out of her way to help you plan your excursions. If you want to really experience Mexico, skip the high rise newer resorts and stay here.
Coming to Hotel Los Arcos feels like coming home. It's the third time for us to visit this friendly hotel. So grateful for the upgrade we got. Beautiful view. Love the staff, love the breakfast, love the location. We will keep coming back. It's worth the long flight from Holland.
